To respond, there are several things that could be used as a proof that a business idea will succeed or stand the test of time. I would make mention of two things: prototyping and research. In prototyping, the business idea should be tested in a bid towards receiving feedback from potential customers. This would expose the loopholes in the business idea and give one an opportunity to make it better. Also, a thorough research should be conducted to analyse the market in which the idea would be implemented. By analysing the market, one would have a thorough understanding of how other businesses have thrived and failed, and one would know their major clients, possible partners, sponsors and potential competitors. To answer your question, gender equality is the process whereby people from all genders are given equal opportunities to actualize their potentials. On the other hand, gender equity is the process whereby instead of giving equal opportunities to people of all genders compromises are made for people who are more vulnerable or in need of a particular service than others. Women's empowerment is the process whereby women are given the skills necessary to foster their independence. Now, a typical example could be the application for the Loveonn internship. All genders can apply for the internship and there is an equal chance that the acceptance rate for every gender is 50-50. However, if Loveonn decides to accept more women than men because of their focus on women's empowerment programs in the internship then it could be referred to as gender equity. When these ladies are given the required skills to compete in the job market and gain independence, then it is women's empowerment.

The biggest challenge avoiding women to step up for themselves and take responsibility for their growth is harmful traditional practices. In most cultures around the world, women are still considered inferior as compared to their male counterparts; this has led to the development of inferiority complex in most women. When women think low of themselves, their desires to step up and take responsibilities for their growth would be dwindled.
