I believe that everybody has gone through this phase before. Sometimes, you're burnt out, but the deadline keeps approaching. So, backing up is not an option. I was wondering whether anyone has any tips or experience regarding this matter?

I have 2 methods that work for me. First one is that, I take a step back and relax, I sometimes listen to my favorite music, watch a movie or hangout with my friends. Then I start to work. My second method is that I ignore how I'm feeling about what I have to do or how bored I'll get, I just dive into it immediately and be done with it. Seeing that I've completed the task in a shorter time than I expected or the task was not as hard as I think makes me relieved so quickly. And while I'm working on if I feel like I need to drop I just push myself thinking the free time and anxious free mind I'll have.
These are efficient methods of handling burnouts Patricia 👏
